Enjoyable & informative overview of both museums - Gabi was an excellent and informative guide through the highlights of the Prado and Reina Sofia. Our tour started at 10am at the Prado; we left at 12:20pm for the Reina Sofia, where the tour concluded around 2:15pm. A great way to spend several hours on our first full day in Madrid!

A dive beyond the surface of Spanish Art and Artists. - Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I learned more about Spanish artists and their works of art in both museums. It was wonderful to see the pieces in person AND to learn the facts (and some myths) behind the masterpiece(s) as well as the artists themselves.

Pretty deep insight into the best painters, highlighting Las Meninas and Guernica; excellent explanations of the.gu - Do not visit the 2 museums on the same day. It's very tiring. A complete overview of the different painting schools, with their best known representatives.

Awful audio - For some reason the Prado portion was canceled but the company let me know a day in advance. The Reina Sofia was a wonderful museum but the audio device was TERRIBLE. So difficult to hear her. A couple left 20 minutes in because the could not hear. She was a good guide when I could hear

I don't reach my expectations - In Reina Sofia very well, in the Del Prado museum the guide did not have much knowledge of art The wait for the rest of the group at Reina Sofia was through the entrance near the Conservatory of Music, with inhuman heat and then having to go to the other entrance much cooler, you could stay directly there

Having the Prado part of... - Having the Prado part of the tour canceled was a huge disappointment. The museum was open and somehow the tour operator didn’t make it happen even though we booked this reservation months ago. Really inexcusable. The Reina Sophia part of the tour was excellent!

Online Scam - Guide left us at Prado and had to buy our own tickets to other museums. - The woman at the ticket booth at the Reina Sofia said this company is was a scam. We bought tickets and a tour for both Reina Sofia and Prado Museum for 4 hours and got a 1.5 hour tour of the Prado Museum only. They didn’t even give us a ticket for the Reina Sofia so we had to go and buy new tickets and tour the museum without a guide. We reached out to the company on that day requesting support and no one answered. So we spent €150 pp for a 1.5 hour tour of 1 museum. Not a 4 hour tour of 2 museums. The quality of the tour was generally fine, but it was a big let down. And in the moment, you can’t really rectify it because you need to reserve tour guides in advanced. Overall, I’d stay away from this company and find one that is on the formal museum website only.
