Best cooking class - We took the paella and tapas cooking class with market tour while in Madrid. Had a fantastic instructor! Very educational and most of all fun! The recipes were easiest enough that we will be able to make them at home. David was so knowledgeable regarding the food, history and area.

Amazing hands on paella class - Really enjoyed this hands on class. The chef took us to a market to show us produce used, and talk a bit about the history and character of the foods we use for paella. We are definitely going to try these recipes and make it at home. Only small quip is it would have been nice to actually buy the produce we are going to consume in a small way, but understand if that might be difficult.

Arantxa makes this cooking class a great event - Wonderful food and learned a lot from the amazing Arantxa. Can heartily recommend this tour/class. Beforehand we had a look around the district and I discovered places I hadn't seen in the week I have been living around the corner. Thank you Arantxa.

A fun cooking class - Our chef Arancxa is fun and a great story teller! She took us to the market where locals went. Wow, it is hidden right under a plaint sight. Her cooking class had a good balance of hand-on time and watching time, and our foods all turned out yummy! I walked away with many key paella cooking tips from her and a very fond memory!
