Great exoerience - The ship the line tour was well worth it, but keep in mind everyone has to be scanned and bags, etc have to be x-rayed upon entry to the Palace. Don’t bring a large bag or backpack, because if it’s too large you will have to check it.

Great palace tour - Oscar was a very knowledgeable guide. Loved the tour before the palace. He managed to keep a very large group together well.

Well worth the money! - Matte was an excellent guide, full of interesting information and funny anecdotes about the palace and the Spanish monarchy. We would not have had such an enjoyable experience with the palace’s audio guide. I would still thoroughly recommend this even though over 65’s get in half price with proof of age and I would get in free as a teacher!

Incredible Beauty On Display - First of all, our guide Sergio was terrific. Kept it informative, moving quickly, and yet relaxed. In a 2 hour guide, efficient is the name of the game. We saw all the important pieces. We were able to take lots of pictures of beautiful decorations and paintings. The palace is just stunning. The group was small and very manageable. Again, Sergio made the visit very enjoyable!

It was a good tour. - This was a good tour of Madrid. We had a personalized tour of the Palace. Our guide was very knowledgeable. It was hard at times to understand him.

Wonderful Experience - Our tour started promptly and was very informative. Our tour guide did a great job not only highlighting important historical figures but some hidden aspects that could be overlooked.

"Skip the line" is a lie - We booked this experience for the benefit of skipping the line, however, it turned out that the experience entails using "group" entry, for which the queues are enormous, and we had to spend just over an hour waiting to be let in. The guide was completely unaware that this is the case which shows the quality of the service overall. Furthermore, when we expressed our disappointment and explained that we needed to abandon the tour due to other commitments and time constraints, the guide suggested we request a refund. However, the request was completely ignored and £68 was paid for no service whatsoever.

I was never notified of meeting point and was unable to connect with guide onsite therefore we missed tour. No text - No text or update on app for meeting point details . Missed tour very disappointing. Poor communication and no electronic notifications. Very disappointing.
