A great cooking class for one, couples or groups. - Chef Lola is not only an experienced chef she is a great teacher, engaging and fun. The recipes are simple and easy to follow. I have already made all four for my family and they have enjoyed them.

Excellent experience book it now! - This was an excellent experience. Chef gave us four hours of her time, and there was not a moment that we felt bored! Went through with my family of 4, 2 teenage children. They were thoroughly entertained. The food was excellent and we learned a lot about the food culture in Spain. Essentially we cooked tapas and paella. Wine was served throughout dinner along with water. We recommend this highly, and if we return to Spain, we will make sure to book this again!

Tapas cooking - I would highly recommend this cooking experience. I learnt so much, had a very enjoyable evening and got to eat the delicious food we'd cooked. It was relaxed, informal and a lot of fun. Can't wait to try the recipes again when I get home.

Fun with cooking - Each time we travel internationally, we try to book a cooking class. This one was one of our favorites. The communication from the chef herself, from even before we booked to the day of the booking was outstanding. She is a true professional who also made the experience fun while we learned.

Best money you’ll spend in Spain. Thank you Lola! - The 3.5 hours we spent with Lola were the best hours we spent in Spain. We genuinely learned so much and will take the valuable information Lola gave us back with us to the United States. I cannot recommend this cooking class enough!
(Also, you will eat ALOT and drink a decent amount of wine. So, prepare accordingly.)

Best cooking class in Madrid - Hands down, one of the best experiences we had on our recent trip to Spain. Every country we go to, we do a cooking class and we were very excited for this one in Spain as Spanish cuisine is some of the best in the world. The location is great and the kitchen is beautiful. Lola is an amazing Chef and we loved her recipes. She taught us so much about Spanish cooking and the science of food. We loved it. Everything tasted amazing and the wine was free flowing! We got a chance to sit down and get to know each other and it was such a highlight to our trip. If we’re ever back in Madrid we’d take her class again. I recommend to anyone who loves food and appreciates cultural recipes, you don’t even have to love to cook! Cheers!
