Segovia and Avila. Wonder behind the walls. - Wonderful day in Segovia and Avila. Very good bus. The journey between one city and another helps to recover from the walk. My experience was very positive. Separate paragraph for Ainhoa, our guide, so clear, pleasant warm, you can see her experience with many people group and different language. Made our trip beautiful and dynamic. I would definitely recommend this outing and guide.

Beautiful cities, guide less than average - The two cities were great and we had a wonderful time. The only issue was that our tour guide was under par. We have been on 100+ day tours, and this was at the bottom of our list given the guide. We learned little about the sites and found our tour book more enlightening. The whisper units had static and only one ear pierce worked on one of our sets, so we could hear our guide Michelle but couldn't find her as she blended in with the crowd. She did put up an umbrella on a few occasions so we could find her to ask a question. Most bus trips of an hour plus length include some informational talks about the history of the area. 👋

Lousy service that of the agency - This company just left us watered in Segovia to 5 people stayed to pick us up 6:30 pm and it is still 8:10 and they do not arrive
