Enchanted and beautiful - Loved the outing.. the guide was passionate and knowledgeable about all the locations we visited. It’s a long tour.. be prepared for the whole day! The city of Cuenca was beautiful.. The Enchanted Forest unique.. it was a great day!

Enchanted City highly recommended! - All very well! Service and organization visit Enchanted City and Basin.The guide (Christian) very good communicator and the driver (Javi) , attentive with the passengers and good driver!

Enchanted City and Cuenta - Great Tour - Antonio was a great guide who is friendly and did a good job of translating in both Spanish and English. The Enchanted City, Devil’s Window, and Old Cuenca were interesting and worth the trip. History, nature, and culture were well explained on this trip.

Great day - It was a great day. Enjoyed walk guided by Samuel and the tour of Cuenca guided by Pablo. The two hour tour of Cuenca was excellent. It’s a must visit !

Highly recommended! - During my Madrid trip wanted to visit Cuenca but couldn't find an easy public transportation, and I decided to use this local tour. The tour was great. Lots nature wonders in Enchanted City; The Cuenca Cathedral is worth to visit with your free time. Local guide Mr. Lopez was very knowldegelable and friendly. He introduced places we visited in detail. (I was the only English speaker in the group). Highly recommended!

Interesting - Great tour. Enjoyed the scenery. Learned a lot about history and geology. Would recommend to friends to go.

More geared towards Spanish speakers. - The guides seemed to be good and seemed to be explaining it all at length but more so for benefit of the Spanish speakers as the majority of the group were Spanish speakers. Check group composition for language before booking.

Bad experience - The tour could be better, left at the agreed time, the bus is good, the "Enchanted City" is nothing more than a park full of stones without any attraction. The guide takes everyone to restaurants pre determined by it, you have 4 options to eat, in the city there are many others, we only knew after entering the city. The bad part is that it was combined a meeting point to leave and they changed the place, after we waited for almost an hour in the combined place we were informed by a person via whatsapp that the place was another, about 40 minutes walk from the combined place, left us in the city, we had to go to a police officer who informed us that there was a central bus in the city, we went to her and we spent 37 euros to return by bus to Madrid, I do not recommend this company.
