Outstanding customer service - Outstanding service! Galce delivered two ebikes to us in Madrid suburb, and we enjoyed using them on four-week trip through northern Spain and much of Portugal. Reasonable prices. And when I lost two keys, was charged only 20 euros. All around great experience!

Fiesen retiro - Friendly service, decent electric bikes. On return 1 flat tire, was not charged. Correct handling! We recommend and come back!

The best way to see Parque Retiro - We reserved the bikes in Canada, and this easy to find place next to el Parque Retiro was ready for us with everything we needed including maps and suggestions. Bikes were appropriately geared for casual bikers, 9 gears, and well maintained. Friendly and efficient staff and they spoke English for the non Spanish speakers. Affordable.

Nice bikes and good service! - Rented 9 beautiful bicycles with 7 gears quickly and easily. Renting and returning was quick and smooth. €15 euros per bike for a whole day is a good price. You have until 7:30 PM the same day to return the bicycles. Plenty of time to see all the highlights in the center. Recommended!

Bike Hire - Brilliant service. Rented bikes within minutes. Prices are very reasonable. Lovely way to experience the fantastic Retiro Park.

Top! - If you want to tour the Retiro park without arriving dead tired at the end of the day, I recommend renting bicycles here. The staff is very kind, quick and helpful.

Nice staff, poor quality bikes - Staff were very friendly and the prices were reasonable but the quality of the bikes was very poor - think we might have suffered from end of season equipment
