Rever Madrid nos 51 anos da Lua de Mel - It was a good reception before the visit, by a representative of Big Bus, organizing a queue for entrance without troubles. The tour was well organized and we had the opportunity to review points of the city that we did not see in many years. The guide Michele contributed, with his animation, to a pleasant trip. Only the sound, too loud, could have been better.

Not the best, but okay. - Madrid no longer has hop on hop off buses! You get on, you ride, and you get off where you started. Guide spoke too long before translating and by then the site was gone.

Great guide, not so great company - Tour advertises itself as leaving from Neptune Fountain with every other hop on hop off bus company however, it’s origin point is still another ten minute uphill walk away. Staff at the bus stop were rude, and more interested in social media on their phones than customers. Also note, the bus is a tour and not hop on hop off service. The guide Juan however, was amazing and the best part of the tour.

Choose another bus tour company - Take one of the other bus tours! It was live commentary in Spanish and English but the audio was such poor quality you couldn't make out what she was saying. And she had a heavy Spanish accent when speaking English. Choose a tour with a recorded tour guide and headphones. To make matters worse 6 very noisy tourists in front of us who talked and argued through the whole tour (that wasn't Big Bus' fault). A waste of $72 Cdn.

Toledo - The worst tour guide treated me with so much disrespect I felt extremely upset and it destroyed my vision of toledo His name is Alejandro Rodriguez and he was the guide bring us back on the 27th of april at 4:45 pm bus from Toledo to Madrid
