Worth doing! - Christian was our tour guide, outstanding! I also commend the driver and organizer, who when we were having to sit inside because the top was full, they ensured we were moved to another bus. Greatly appreciate their kindness and service. Worthwhile

Eye opening and interesting - Christian from Big Bus Madrid Panoramic City Tour was both information and funny. He was able to point out many landmarks, as well as share fun facts. It was so helpful to get the “big picture “ of the city.

Madrid Bus tour - Daniel the tour guide was excellent. Spoke very good English was informative and funny. With only 2 days in Madrid it was a great way to orientate ourselves with the city and get hints and tips to get the most out of our brief visit.

Madrid big bus - It’s in two languages English and Spanish. In the beginning very hard to listen as you have no idea when English starts and finishes. It was like a headache but it got better as the trip went on. Ear plugs should be used one language only.

Non Stop Bus Tour! - We always do a Hop on Hop Off Tour when we arrive in a new City and had planned todo this here too. We knew where the buses started (two companies compete) and we were there early only to find they don’t do “stops” in Madrid under some kind of City Ordinance. That was disappointing and we quizzed the sales guy quite hard to be sure that applied to EVERY TOUR and not just this company - but we were satisfied it was the rule. We still did the tour - at €25 each - and it was interesting but not engrossing. They promote ‘live’ tour v the recorded version on the other competitor but to be honest the guide was following a script in 2 languages and even the jokes and intonation seemed the same so very close to a recorded version. We found it useful but not as good as a Hop on Hop Off - as long as you know it’s just driving round with some commentary then decide if that’s worth €25.

Hot time in the city - It was nice to get an overall view of the city, but the sound system was barely audible and traffic was just a standstill with the sun beating down on us. Overall it was nice to do, but we didn't enjoy it too much for the price.

- The advertising DE ESte tour is misleading. both the bus and the staff shirts say HOP ON HOP OFF, but NO true ES. ES a course that allows NO drop to the points. He also says it lasts 2 hours and NO truth ES 1 hour. Very disappointing. DE should take the word HOP ON HOP OFF if NO service ES. ES is misleading the consumer. I want my refund.

Lots of money for a lot of trouble - When buying a ticket I was not advised that the tour is only in Spanish and English. In front of each seat was a box (as with all previous city tours) where you could adjust the languages and volume with a headphone. At the inquest they said that there was no such thing and that I should try to understand English. I drove around Madrid for an hour and a half without any information and the real sights were only grazed (back there you see the palace...up there is the cathedral...). In the lower part of the bus the volume of the explanations was unbearably loud and in the upper part was hardly anything to understand due to strong wind noises (my wife has Spanish roots). If you want to experience Madrid, choose another provider!
