Good if you are short on time - We were only in Madrid for 2 days so this was a great way to tour the city and then decide what we wanted to explore deeper later in the day and the next day with out having to walk too much.

Traveling for seniors, great option - A good way to see the city when you only have a few days, specially for seniors like us. We could see where we wanted to go back to visit.

Ideal way to get a good city overview - The Hop on Hop off is our go-to way of getting an overview of a new city. The Madrid tour met our expectations as we were able to see the main sights and get on and off the bus at those stops we felt were more interesting.

Good for huge city with minimum time and if you utilise this the right way its worth it - If you only have a short amount of time this is worth doing mind you a lot of people expect buses all the time but if you use it in a clever wa which is to hop on then hop off look around and then check the app to see where the buses are and walk through some mroe attractions to another bus stop wherethe bus will be stopping soon on the app - waiting at the same bus stop you get off at fo another bus is just wasting time - you need to walk from stop to stop and see things along the way

We do not recommend it... - Unfriendly staff. Some brief comments, sometimes of little interest. A lot/too much waiting music. We had to change seats several times because the headphones didn't work. Due to the price (about €55) we do not recommend it.

No refund for their cancellation - One of the agents for the tour organizer explained to us on the morning of the event that it would be unable to proceed due to a large demonstration happening in downtown Madrid. She advised us to cancel. We did so. Now that we have requested a refund the company has refused to do so .

Impossible to get on the bus - We booked the City Tour Madrid online, when we arrived at the stop it was impossible to get on the buses, all full, 6 buses passed by, waiting for 2 hours and in the end we couldn't get on. We complained to the company we booked with, ticketinhotel, and the response was very prompt and they gave us our money back at the same time. But I recommend first seeing if there are many people because otherwise it is a waste of time. Very bad organization. There are not enough buses and it is not known how long they take, when on the normal bus network you can see waiting times.

Disastrous experience. - Disastrous. Audio guide connections for some seats did not work. In those that worked, the explanation was out of date with the journey at that time. The data offered is not updated. It did not take the full route offered, it was shortened. And the worst thing is that they announce themselves as a company with an agreement with the Madrid city council.

I would not repeat, terrible service for that price - Short hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and even more so as it is a holiday weekend. Price 4 people for 2 days €90. (Excessive for the passes he makes in winter). Bus passes every 20/30 minutes. Sometimes without being able to catch it because it is full. In winter I don't recommend it at all. It is worth going down to the metro, getting a voucher for 10 bus/metro trips for about €6 and reloading the card.
