Bad customer service. Offering no. Existent tours. - The tour provider did not show up. The confirmation sheet gave us a number to call which was disconnected. Two disappointed kids. When we finally received a call back from sub Golden Treasurs he said they o my did tours I. st Thomas— even though are confirmation said St Pete Fl. Expecting a fast refund soon or we will begin to share our experience online.
