ON THE MENU:
- A selection of regional cold cuts paired with a glass of red wine
- A variety of regional cheeses served with a glass of white wine
- Praline brioche accompanied by fresh or hot drinks

Highly recommend! - Nathalie was an excellent guide. She was funny, engaging and very knowledgeable. I wish we had done the tour the first day we were in Lyon because then we could have really taken advantage of Nathalie's local recommendations. I'd consider this tour a must for anyone visiting Lyon for the first time.

Yeah, good! - Nathalie was a perfect guide!
We took great pleasure in knowing some small addresses of old Lyon. The historical parts were also very interesting. It was very nice for us who have just moved to Lyon now more than a month ago.
We recommend it and we will definitely come back to it for more ideas for tours! Thanks again Nathalie! Happy New Year's Eve!

Amazing food tour. Highly recommend. If Nathalie is your guide then you are in for a treat! - We had a wonderful time on this food tour. Our tour guide, Nathalie, went above and beyond when it came to making sure we had a pleasant experience. She was very knowledgeable of the city of Lyon, and shared a lot of important historical context about the city that we found very cool and helpful. Nathalie also went out of her way to give us some amazing recommendations (restaurants, sites to see, etc) for after the tour. Our visit to Lyon would not be complete without Nathalie’s help, and we would happily recommend her and this tour to anyone considering it.

A great taste of Lyon - This was a truly amazing afternoon. All of the tastings were wonderful and our guide was very personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a tasty tour with lots of food information and facts about the history of Lyon.

Interesting food tour to learn history of Lyon cuisine - This was a great tour and the guide was very knowledgeable. He went into great detail about the history of food and wine not just in Lyon but the Rhône valley. The food selections were varied and delicious. In addition the drink pairings (wine, beer and coffee based on the food) worked perfectly. I highly recommend this tour if you are interested in the cuisine of Lyon.

The most delicious way to spend an afternoon! - My husband and I had such an amazing afternoon with Nathalie! It was one culinary surprise after another! Nathalie was very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer all of our questions about food or life in France. We enjoyed charcuterie, cheeses, wine, a surprisingly good chocolate and beer pairing, dessert, coffee and a full-blown down-to-earth French pub dinner. All of the shop owners were friendly and very welcoming. It was a delicious, enjoyable and memorable way to get to know the food and culture of Lyon. Can’t say enough about this tour - book it!

Friendly and welcoming - don't miss it! - I took this tour in my second language (French) to learn more about French gastronomy from the French perspective. Nathalie was really welcoming and I appreciate that she took time to explain the little cultural notes. It’s not just a tour of good tasting, but also of the important silk history in Lyon. A real must-do!

REALLY enjoyable - We really enjoyed our food tour!!!! Because of our schedule we signed up with a french guide and were impressed that the company reached out to verify. We were there for the food, so it was no problem.
That being said, the guide, Nathalie, was completely bilingual and made sure we felt included and knew about our tastings. She did this without taking away from the French speakers. They got the "full" version, as they should have...and we got the abbreviated version....which was a kindness and not expected. THANKS, Nathalie!
