We have done several food... - We have done several food tours in different cities, and this was the absolute best one we’ve ever done. We learned so much about Lyon and the food we sampled. Nate was a fantastic guide.

Highly Recommended - This was well worth doing. Our guide, Nathalie, was wonderful, so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about sharing her affection for Lyon. The tour was well-paced (never rushed, time for questions and conversation, and relaxed tastings). The shop owners were warm and welcoming and the food was nicely presented and abundant. Highly recommended.

We needful tour & guide!! - This was a wonderful tour and worth every penny. Nathalie is a very knowledgeable, engaging and excellent guide. She seamlessly linked the relationship of Lyon’s culture/ history to its food. All 5 tasting stops were excellent and in total comprised a full meal from appetizer thru dessert. Food tour in Lyon - Nathalie was an amazing guide. She brought Lyon’s history into focus with the food with so much passion. As a vegetarian with dairy intolerance there was very little to eat but I was aware of that before I went. I still enjoyed the tour and felt it was well worth it.

Wonderful way to eat your way through Lyon! - This was billed as a food tour, but it was so much more! You really get a lovely tour of the old town and many relevant sites, as well as learning a lot about history such as the importance of the silk workers to Lyon. Our tour guide Nathalie was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable, entertaining and warm. The food was delicious: cheeses, cured meats, Lyon specialties (creamy garlic spread on bread, fried pig fat(!!!), eggs poached in wine gravy) and then gelato and finally praline tart with coffee or tea. Highly recommend! 👍😳
