Hello, my name is Caroline. I’m a knowledgeable wine connoisseur, well aware of the complexities often associated with wine. With my 15 years of experience, as well as recognized credentials (WSET 4), I’m here to simplify and add a touch of enjoyment to your wine tasting experience.
The tastings happen around my cozy dining table, situated in a renovated historic 19th Century silk factory located in the Croix-Rousse area. You’ll adore the unique glimpse into local life!
All the wines you’ll taste are sourced directly from local vineyards. I collaborate with small, independent winemakers who prioritize quality and sustainability. While you will always get a taste of Beaujolais, Burgundy, and the Northern Rhône, I may surprise you with a few well-kept secrets from the vicinity. Rest assured, nothing I serve will be from more than 2 hours away!
