Upon arriving at Amsterdam Airport, your chauffeur guide will be ready to greet you at the designated meeting point. As the well-known red-white meeting point at Schiphol is being moved, you will meet your driver at a different location. This temporary meeting point is situated in the airport’s main hall, between the escalators leading to train platforms 3-4 and 5-6, near the Burger King. Look for a grey cube with orange letters, arrows, and a white dot, marked ‘Meeting Point’.

Your chauffeur will be easily identifiable by the Dutch Tours and Transfers sign displaying your name. Please ensure that your phone number is correct and that you are connected to the Free Airport WiFi service. If there are any unexpected delays at customs or with luggage collection, please contact us. Your private driver will wait for up to 45 minutes after your flight lands, will monitor your flight status, and will always reach out before departing.
