Sunset cruise - The food is terrible. I wouldn’t go there if you are expecting a full meal for this event. Please work on improving the meal service.

Romantic sunset cruise! - The sunset cruise was a highlight of our trip! The crew was amazing and fun on boat #4. The snack tray was fresh and delicious too😊.
The only thing was the transfer was a 2 hour ride from north riviera maya to Puerto Adventuras. Ouch!

Not a moment of relaxation - The sunset was beautiful and the food was very good. Unfortunately the magical effect of the silence of the ocean was canceled out by the music which played very loudly throughout the boat tour. Contrary to what the description says, this tour is not relaxing and romantic!

No refund no matter what - Due to our flight being delayed, and our airport escort was late, we were unable to take this excursion spoke to someone about a possible full or partial refund. There was none offered, which I think is very unfair.

Sail? More like SCAM! - THIS IS A TOURIST TRAP SCAM- DO NOT GO!! I would give this cruise 0 stars if I could. We were on boat number four with Ivan. They drove out 60 yards from the shore, and then put it the boat in idle with the engine running and stayed in one spot for 2 hours. It smelled horribly of gasoline from the engine, and they had a harsh floodlight to block the view. The crew clearly did not want to put in any effort and were just on their phones, so we didn’t sail and just stayed in one spot for hours. What you are paying for is to choke on a cloud of gasoline under a spotlight. It was a complete rip off, total tourist trap scam. HORRIBLE experience.
