Joaquin "The Conch Driver" is the BEST!!! - We have used STP Caribe Luxury Service many times during our visits to Cancun/Riviera Maya, and have always been highly pleased with the level of service, the cleanliness of the vehicles and the professionalism of the drivers and staff at the airport. During our most recent trip, we were blessed to have the opportunity to have Joaquin Escalante as our driver and he is by far our very favorite! Joaquin was highly professional, extremely punctual, and we even requested him for our departure transfer. He was the perfect beginning and ending to our trip! From the moment he introduced himself, he was kind, entertaining, and highly engaging, sharing his knowledge of the area, as well as taking an interest in what we shared with him. On our departure trip, he blew his conch shell as we departed the hotel and arrived at the airport... resulting in some strange looks but huge smiles! His upbeat personality is contagious and we enjoyed our time with him! We look forward to many future trips with our "Conch Driver" when we visit again!

Impressive luxury service for a great price! - Absolutely blown away with the service we received from STP Caribe. From the moment we met up with the attendant at the airport to the minute we got to the hotel, we had luxury service. The company was responsive and informative. They texted us the day of our flight to ensure we knew where to meet them. Our driver, Gabriel Meza, was professional and courteous. We were impressed with the cold towel and beer and water offered at pick up. We were considering doing a hotel shuttle transfer back to the airport but will absolutely be booking with STP Caribe. 10/10 recommend!

Great transfer - Another great experience with picking us up to take us to the airport. Our driver Mauricio was ready and waiting for us at the lobby well before we needed to check out. There were honestly a few hiccups with this trip but STP Caribe was not any trouble at all. Clean, nice, profess, friendly, and quick!

Private Transportation is well worth the cost - I utilized STP for private transportation to/from the CUN airport to Akumel. Service was excellent and prompt. It was well worth the extra cost to travel private for the 1 hour drive. Moises was a safe driver and made sure we had everything we needed for our journey. I highly recommend STP.

Javier is Wonderful!!! - Amazing!! 10/10. Javier was our driver, he brought us from the airport to our resort and back to the airport at the end of our trip. He was so personable and kind. Pulled out all the stops for us. I would recommend him for any group traveling in Cancun.

Transfer in style! - Our driver met us at the airport with hand sanitizer and cold towels. Limo was nice and comfortable. Water and beer provided. Excellent service both with the booking process and throughout the trips to and from the airport. Would definitely use again!
