a) The driver will hold a sign with the leader’s name for each transfer, whether from the arrivals hall at the airport or outside a hotel.
b) The free waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes from the actual landing time. For transfers from hotels, Airbnb, or apartments, the free waiting time is 25 minutes from the scheduled appointment. Extra charges apply for additional waiting time or cancellations without a refund. These options can be discussed with the head office.
c) All transfers include a bottle of water per person and WiFi access.
d) The transportation vehicles used are Mercedes Benz E Class 200, Mercedes Benz Mini Van, or Skoda Octavia SUV. All drivers speak English, adhere to a dress code, and provide full air-conditioning in the car.
e) The price is for a one-way route only.
f) The price includes 24/7 pickup with no extra cost for night transfers.
g) Customers can be picked up from any location within the Athens region or from the cruise dock. Please provide all details to the operator after booking.
h) In case of a strike in the city center or a special event affecting the transfer, the start time or itinerary may change under the operator’s instructions and with the customer’s agreement.
i) Please provide as many contact details as possible to the operator after booking.
j) For extra services like additional rides, extra stops, waiting time, or business flexibility, there will be an extra cost. Customers must contact the head office after booking. Extra amounts will be paid to the driver in cash or card.
k) The operator will use only taxi-cabs for transfers, with each taxi fitting 3-4 persons.
l) The operator can use Mercedes Benz E200 sedan-station wagon and Skoda Octavia SUV brands.
m) For infant seats, contact the operator for availability after booking.
n) To book a return transfer, contact the operator after the primary booking.
o) The waiting time at the meeting point is 25 minutes. If customers do not appear, the transfer will be marked as a no-show with no refund.
p) Each customer can carry one piece of cabin luggage (8-10 kg) and one large luggage (up to 28 kg). Extra luggage will be charged.
q) Baby trolleys are accepted upon contact with the operator. Be aware that if the baby trolley affects the whole transfer, there will be an extra cost. Bicycles and sports equipment are not accepted.
