Amazing experience and amazing team! - Angel Franco and his team were amazing! Served us consistently, remembered orders and we were fed and welcome with so much love and excitement. They were kind and diligent. I highly recommend this experience with this team!

Great outing with friendly and helpful guides - Angel Franco is a wonderful guide and it was a beautiful day for an outing. We relaxed at the “secret” beach and chilled on the couches.

Excellent day trip - Excellent. Fantastic trip highly recommend. Highly recommend and would do again. Customer service was exceptional and the crew was great. Never without a drink and without a laugh. Recommended to pack light as you are dropped on the Isle and left to roam for 2-3 hours and must take all personal items with. But the water and the snorkeling and the sights are amazing. Would bring some dollars or pesos to haggle and work deals wiht local vendors on the island. $5 dock fee per person in cash and $40 for photos taken during the trip. Highly recommend.

Fun in the ocean - Being in the water . Was fun being in the ocean with friends . The guys made it very fun for us and enjoyable .

Excellent! Worth the money. - I went with a group of friends and we have an excellent time! Arturo and the crew made the excursion very fun and they were all incredibly accommodating. I felt very safe from the moment we left the hotel. Would 100% do again.

Isla Mujeres Catamaran Trip - Crew and boat were great! Always checking on us and making sure we had drinks. Snorkeling site was not that good but can’t put that on them. Isla Mujeres was nice. Definitely recommend renting the golf cart to see the island even if it’s for an hour or two.

Great boat ride but just too long on the island. - The boat tour itself was very nice - Great snorkeling decent food and plenty of drinks. Also incredibly hardworking and very attentive crew. The structure of the tour is the challenge. They drop you on the island for 3 hours to walk around souvenir shops or pay $50 for two beach chairs. I am staying on a beach already and really wanted a boat trip with a brief stop at the island. 3 hours is just way too long for me. Otherwise a good tour.

Beware of scammers - Beware of the scam We rented a golf cart and we didn’t have out driving licence so they used the staff member one So the staff member handed over there drivers license which was very unprofessional after giving out lots and lots of alcohol which is very dangerous as were now driving They said we could have 1 hour to follow around a staff member around the island This is were the scam starts The staff member will deliberately speed off so you get lost in a island which you never been to before this will happen half way through the tour Then now you have to make your way back to the meeting point this is very hard as i never have been here before After we finally made our way back after being 20 mins late , they demanded 70 euro which we refused to pay , we threatened to call to police then they panicked as like i said they handed over there licence as I didn’t have mine Very unprofessional as they used there licence for some else to drive after handing out unlimited booze GSo obviously they were scared as we were about to call the police so they paid They still demanded 70euro which were refused to pay Would not recommend these scammers On the way back we told the taxi driver and he says it’s very very common So if you want to drive a golf cart make sure you don’t bring your drivers license so they use there
