- Luxor - Begin this once-in-a-lifetime experience with an early-morning pickup from your Hotel/Nile Cruise ship in Luxor. Important note( Check the pick-up time with the company agent because the pick-up time is not static. it depends on your hotel location and how far or near it’s from the ballooning area.)
Once you arrive at the location of the balloon, You will find a music band (Tanoura show, drums, and flute) waiting for you to do a traditional show for 20 - 30 minutes. and enjoy a time full of joy and pleasure. You can take photos or dance with the music band while the balloon prepares.
After the party, the pilot of your balloon will brief you on safety measures and answer any questions you may have. Once the pilot goes over the pre-flight checklist, he’ll also brief the ground crew. After getting the balloon set up - while always paying close attention to safety details

Valley of the Kings - Then, Enjoy a 45-minute to 60-minute hot air balloon over the Valley of the Kings, the world’s most important archaeological site, lit up by the changing colors . Watch as the balloon begins to stand up and board with the assistance of the ground crew.

A magical experience with a very very skilled hot air baloon captain - Tui Egypt gave us a wonderful captain of the hot air baloon with many years of flying experience with baloons in Cappadocia, Turkey. So, everybody was feeling safe. Thanks to his skills he succeeded to land next to a secondary road so that it was easy for the van driver to come to pick us up. We saw from above the Valley of the Queens, Hatshesput tomb, Memnon Colosses and many other archeological sites. Alltogether It was a magical experience that one should have at least once in a lifetime. Thank you Tui Egypt and thank you wonderful captain. A

smooth logistics, nice view - I scheduled the trip pretty late (and over Tripadvisor’s phone helpdesk) so I was worried that I was going to pay a bunch of money just for nobody to show up, since my Egyptian phone wasn’t working well. But the business manager Mirna very quickly got my Whatsapp and planned things out. It felt very professional and I was reassured that I would be able to end up in the air. The pickup from the hotel was smooth, including the van rides and boat rides. The balloon ride itself was great. It was cool to be able to see the west bank from above.

¡Amazing Experience! - Me and my wife are very happy with the service provided in this adventure, Mirna contacted us via waa after we booked and since that she was really kind and was always asking if we were comfortable in the journey.
They picked up us in the hotel at the time we arranged, crossed us the Nile, gave us a cup of coffee and a biscuit.
The experience in the sky was incredible, the pilot seems to be experienced and we were in the sky for around 1h.
In general, we do recommend this experience )

Great experience - Pick up was at the time stated, no issues there. Felt very safe with the balloon captain and felt like we went up at just the right time. I had friends with another company and they went up later...so the sun had already risen. Beautiful views and definitely worth it. Our basket was also much smaller than others so we weren't as jam packed as some of the other balloons I saw. A must do experience while in Luxor

Bad organization and lying agency - We were never able to complete the flight despite 2 attempts.
First day at the time of pick up so in front of the hotel, the driver does not come. When contacting the agency, they only informed us at that time that the flights were canceled due to bad weather.
No information from the agency.
We postpone until the next day. The driver takes us to the flight site, we wait more than an hour because there are a lot of people who are lucky enough to be able to “fly”. There is only one group left, ours 16 people, the driver asks us to get back in the car because they no longer have a balloon available nor authorization to take off from the military.
The agency lies by explaining that due to bad weather we cannot fly. This is completely false.
They take people without reservations and find themselves trying to manage on site.
Very bad organization and especially agencies that lie to hide their incompetence.

Donot book them - We paid fully prior to the experience. Our balloon ride was also confirmed as per TripAdvisor. We booked everything through Tripadvisor. We sent several messages Night before about pick up time as well as pick up location, providing our hotel details, etc. No response. We woke up early morning. Nobody showed up. Even our hotel people tried to reach them out. No response at all. Finally we had to re-Request another group to accommodate us since we’re already up. We ended up doing balloon ride with another group, but these people were huge let down. No response, and they won’t show up. Do not book with them.
