Amazing balloon ride over Luxor - We took this balloon ride during our family trip to Egypt last week and it was an amazing experience. We did the sunrise balloon ride and Mirna coordinated the trip really well for us. From confirming pick up details to ensuring everything went smooth, Mirna was great to communicate with. I highly recommend this tour.

If you do one thing in Egypt make sure it’s this! - This tour is an absolute must to - even if you only have 1 day in Luxor. Its safe, and the views are breathtaking. The guides and drivers are incredibly friendly and professional. Mirna organized our tour for us, from confirming our booking to helping us find our driver in the morning the day of. We had booked the morning tour but she gifted us a sunrise tour, which was an incredible experience. Huge thank you to Mirna for all her help, generosity and making our experience so memorable!

Breathtaking views - Mirna was our tour guy for this activity and he was great . Such a breathtaking experience. Highly recommended, so worth waking up for the experience mirna was on time and always taking care of us. He def pick the best spot for us!

Fantastic sunrise - Excellent experience viewing the King Valley and the Queen Valley from the balloon! Amazing sunrise!

Waste of time. - This is over priced for the tour. They showed up late. Then had us sit on a boat for 30 min and we ended up missing the most beautiful part of sunrise while other tours were on their balloon. Don’t waste your time with this your.

A very bad time - We paid 100U$D for a "Sunrise Flight" but our Balloon was late to climb up into the air. All the other balloons were already high up in the air when our Balloon got deflated and loose. My wife got panicked and scared. The Magic of climbing up in a dark dawn was lost. The company ought to return the money debited from my bank account because they did not do what they had offered. We trusted them but were deceived.

Do not recommend, not worth it - Unfortunately this company really take people for fools, they came to pick us from our hotel, the moment we reached the river bank there was a guy with a huge camera waiting for us and he started taking videos of the group without even asking for our permission, he clearly saw that we were uncomfortable but he chose to ignore and continue filming us until we spoke up asking him to stop putting the camera on out faces. The story continued when we reached the balloon site, with another guy with a camera taking photos and videos without permission. The snacks they are talking about were a cheap small biscuit and a tea bag in luke warm water. All that aside, the actual balloon ride is a huge disappointment, it lasted 20min and was flying very law while we could see other balloons from other companies going high in the sky, we stayed hanging extremely low before the "pilote" decided that it's time to land when we expressed our dissatisfaction he started giving us some stories that we can't go higher than that, once we landed the team was waiting for us with a tip box and pressured everyone to give a tip while we were still inside the basket. The whole experience was not worth it, and I feel that theses people took advantage from us in all possible ways.
