Great Experience - The experience was wonderful, the excursion team was friendly and Ontime. The pilot was great.. The view was magnificent.. The flight was smooth and was about 45min to an hour. There was an optional $20usd for a video at the end of the flight.

Balloon ride scam - Do not book this tour. As per the booking, we waited at 3.15AM for the tour operator to pick us. No one came. No calls or any form of contact from the tour operator. Our calls went unanswered. And no apologies were given.

total scam and viator unreliable. - The operator did NOT show up. I tried from the time of booking to reach them. Reached out to VIATOR to get them to help. They said to leave it to them. 3.15 we were ready outside our cruise and they did not show up ever. Thankfully, someone else did, for other clients and we went with them, different company. Still waiting for VIATOR to refund us. They say they have to talk to the operator. NOW???

Probably fake company - Driver never showed up, company was very difficult to contact/no one had even heard of them. The phone number listed said they were closed despite it being prime balloon time plus during their open hours; viator was the second contact but would email the company which would be too late. I finally found a website for them and traced it to a WhatsApp contact which ended up being a different company altogether, that finally responded to me. They couldn’t help us and said they’d only heard of the reservation from me contacting them, and it was too late to change to a different company. We had been up at 2 am to do this, and it cost us sleep, time, stress, and almost $500 with trip adjustments to accommodate. Average prices are $90-100 per our tour guide and the hotel staff, be wary of anything lower.
