Unforgettable experience! An absolute must if you go to Luxor - What a wonderful experience!! I cannot fault our hot balloon tour at all. We were collected on time and the timing of the balloon flight was absolutely perfect for the sunrise. Our flight lasted around 30mins and our pilot gave us brilliant views of the East and West banks. Yes, this won't be like a tour in the UK and there is a little bit of controlled chaos but honestly the view and experience were completely worth every penny. The baskets are not that filled up, people are exaggerating in the comments. 4 people per section in the basket. Plenty of space...Our landing was also excellent.

Great ride and fantastic view - We flied for over a hour air time. No fly for the previous two days due to weather. Great first time experience and fantastic view through out.

Experience i can never forget. - Ramadan was great staff. He made sure that we can watch the sunrise on time. And his team especially Captin Ali was amazing. We made the safe and happy landing.

Only 15min in the air and poor organization - I am not sure what to think about this company. We went with them at 4:30 in the morning to do the hot air balloon and they made us wait 1h30 in the car for nothing before going at the place (which was 10min walk from our hotel). Then we arrived and even if the trip was wonderful it only lasted 15min where they say everywhere that it should last around 45min. We landed in a field of crops with so many children running to us and asking money and stayed there so long before we could finally leave. So the view is amazing and definitely something to do but maybe it would be better with another company
