Amazing tour! - I was on a Nile cruise from Memphis Tours and took the optional tour from Memphis Tours for the horse carriage tour. It was great! The Memphis tour horses looked healthy. We went through the separate shopping streets for ladies and men. Passed by daily local life and other stores. A welcome drink was included in the tour. It was from 3-6 pm. Saw the sunset. Most of the streets were paved so my sister did not have any back issues afterwards.

Nice drivers but no guide - The drivers were great and super friendly. But there was no guide, and certainly not an Egyptologist. The drivers were only able to point out a few things, mostly where the hotels are. It's basically a horse carriage ride not a tour. And half of it is through city streets that are not very pretty.
