Best of everything of Egypt in 2 days - From the beginning to the end I have a full support for every doubts and concerns. Since the 24/7 support of Gammal from operation department, the kindness from Amir in Cairo, the wisdom of my two tours guide Betro Helmry in Aswan to explain me details in Abu silmbel to Mahmlud nafeh in luxor that he been a loca and live in luxor have the experience to let me know all the historic facts;so if you are a history fan of the Egypt culture I recommend 100% this trip, very professional and you never feel alone in a foreign country I leave Egypt very satisfied

Recommended for any first timers to Egypt! - This was money very well spent. Our Tour Guide Ashraf was very knowledgeable in every aspect and the driver was also fantastic. We spent the day going to the temples followed by lunch at a local restaurant that we would never have tried if we didn't go through Emo. We also stopped at an impressive spice shop that is much cheaper and fresher than anything we can get back home. We are very glad we chose to go with Emo Tours instead of trying to do this on our own. Would definitely use again for future sightseeing.

Incredible experience - I had 2 incredible days! First day was with Ahmed Omar who is just really kind and incredibly knowledgable about the temples in the Aswan area. The hotel Tolip in Aswan where you stay for the night is great. I even got a free upgrade to a room with spectacular Nile views. On the second day is was time for Abu Simbel. One of the great sights in Egypt in my opinion. My guide for this day was Irini who was again very knowledgeable and just the sweetest person. All the cars they use are brand spanking new so if you are on a private trip, you will also enjoy a lot of great comfort. Also the drivers are great and very attentive. Use Emo Tours. They have made my Egypt experience one to not forget :).

Very good way to visit Abu Simbel (plus more) if you are in Luxor - Emo Tours Luxor offered us a great two day tour. Our tour guide Hesham was excellent and so was our driver Walid. This is a very good way to go and see Abu Simbel if you are staying in Luxor, and visiting a few other places on the way. Edfu and Kom Ombo were very interesting temples and well worth the visit and on the final day, Abu Simbel was spectacular. My sister and me were 30 minutes late for starting the tour on the first day, because of our hot air balloon trip that morning had run over, but this was no problem for Emo tours and our guide who just waited for us. A few things to keep in mind for the trip: - Even though it says lunch is included each day in the intro description, this is not correct. - We had two different tour guides on each of the days. One based in Luxor, the other in Aswan. - The stay in Aswan is not at the Pyramisa Isis Aswan Hotel. It is instead at the Basma Hotel (this hotel is fine, but it only has wifi in the lobby).

great value - The tour guides for Abu Simbel and Aswan, Aida George, had deep knowledge of their respective areas. She very personable and helpful. And she had excellent communication skills. She kept to a very ambitious schedule without apparent rushing. The tour organizers are also to be commended for the smooth running of the tours- all the pieces, including and especially transportation, seamlessly fit together. I would heartedly recommend this tour!

Amazing tour! Ghada and Basma were awesome guides! - We booked the 2 days tour of Aswan, Abu Simbel, Luxor from Cairo – overnight in Aswan. Abu Simbel and Aswan are awesome sites, and our tour guide Ebtesam Basma was very knowledgeable and gentle. She helped us along the way, describing Abu Simbel and the Philae Temple in such a nice and detailed way! The next day in Luxor was incredible as well: Karnak and Luxor are impressive, and our tour guide Ghada Khalaf was awesome and did a wonderful job in transmitting to us the power and history of those sites! I definitely recommend both Ghada and Basma as tour guides for those sites in case you decide to visit! :) For the sake of completeness of the review, we had a couple of small hiccups in the overall experience with Emo Tours Egypt (e.g., small mismatch in hotel booking, and some delays in the Cairo tour). But the company dealt with those issues professionally which made us feel comfortable and showed how much they care about customers' experience. Hence, that didn't influence the score of this review.

Good tour to see many sites in two days........but a lot of time in bus/car - Day 1 was partially good with the Visits to Edfu and Kom Ombo temples but the visit to the high dam is not really that interesting and does not add a lot of value to this tour. Coordination and logistics were good given the complexities of the route with multiple security checkpoints along the way. Day 2 was better with the visit to Abu Simbel and the tour guide (Mustafa) provided good information as context during our trip. This leg of the tour is very long driving (3 hours x 2) for 2 hours of sightseeing at Abu Simbel. But worth the trip if you are willing to sit in the car for that long. Emo Tours coordination and security concerns is outstanding as we took three tours during this trip with them and this tour requires very high consideration of security given all the checkpoints (military and police) along the way.

Poorly organised: Day 1- terrible, Day -2 Awesome! - Day 1- Very unprofessional, lack of communication between the company, the driver and the tour guide! Tour guide aka qualified egyptologist-gave me misleading and wrong information about the temples! He barely speaks English! Repetitively talking about ‘offering scenes, numbers of columns etc. where is history about the temples? I visited 3 temples after explaining to him that the Philae temple was included in the package. At the end of the day, I learnt nothing! Day 2- Samir- the tour guide, he did an outstanding job! Spoke english fluently and cleared. He was very passion and knowledgeable about the temples. He made a drawing to simplify what was in Abu Simbel with pictures. This was very useful and easy to digest! In fact he explained and shared missing information on other temples (edfu, kom ombo and philea). Higly recommended him as an Egyptologist! Others, Hotel was awesome! Cars were in good condition! Drivers were good. Rashad- thanks for your hospitality! Well explained for the second day trip to Abu Simbel.
