Never been on hot air balloon before so is a great experience - Tour was amazing! Jack sorted everything for me. I only booked it the night before! Felt like vip, pick up was bang on time outside hotel. Got a boat across without any waiting around. Day was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for it any better!

5 days 5 nights from Aswan to Luxor - Props to Jack for his flexibility and his friendliness. We had a very tight schedule and he made it possible for us to do everything we wanted. Jack took us around Luxor where we asked to go, private tours, pick up from hotel and drop off. - Jack was great. He took us around where we asked him to go for private tours and was pushing us hard to do other things. He has a lot of knowledge of city and offers a lot of excursions but never forces anything. He also went out of his way one morning to pick us up after balloon tour and take us to valley of kings. It was last minute and we’re quite lucky he was able to take us. He then stopped and bought us water falafel as his treat. Very respectful, great price for all our transportation. We will definitely use jack in future endeavours in Luxor.
