The weather was lovely, the staff were kind, and it was a beautiful and unforgettable view! Gabriel was especially a fantastic tour guide! hot air balloon luxor - Nice view excellent experience for the sunrise hot air ballooon, it takes about 50 minutes in the sky, to see the Nile and mountain.

What A Blast - These guys are incredibly competitively priced and friendly. They made the experience an absolute blast. Gabriel was great and the pilot well informed And constantly making great clean “Dad” jokes. Don’t be thrown of by the deposit up front there legit.

Great views - Great service. We booked through an agency. Got picked up from our hotel and taken on a boat ride to balloon experience. We shared a basket with 10 people. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had great views of Luxor with our pilot pointing out key sights. There were videographers on site. I’d definitely go back again

Stolen money from our bag while on the trip - They stole our money from our bag while we were in the balloon. A real shame as they promised us our stuff would be safe in their car while doing the balloon ride. Watch out with these guys and don't trust them!!

Don't waste your time, go with another company - We booked the tour through our hostel on March 28th. In the morning of the 29th, we get picked up, cross the river to get there, and get cancelled right as we were leaving the boat as the wind was getting strong. So far no worries, safety first, we understand. We get told we would be included for the 30th, but then get cancelled again during the evening, again for the wind. No worries. That's when everything went wrong. The next day, March 31st, we arrive at the balloons landing spot, and we're told almost right away that there's no place left in the balloon, but we'll be on another one. We wait for the 2nd balloon to inflate, the captain give us the safety briefing, we get in line to enter the basket, and then they ask us to wait and they make other people go first for no reasons. They then ask us to go to the other side of the basket, where again they make us wait. We were then asking what the hell was happening and one of the attendants had the guts to tell us "smile!". Of course, all of this while a bunch of vendors tried to sell us their crap. Turns out, 2nd balloon was also full! They tell us to wait for the balloons to come back, which we firmly declined. In the whole situation, absolutely no one felt and said sorry, and they actually were laughing and making jokes between them. There are plenty of other companies, don't take a risk and go with the others. It's not worth it to risk missing out.
