Excellent hot air balloon tour! - Very nice experience with hot air balloon seeing the sunrise and part of West Bank from 420 meters of altitude. Tour very well organized, thanks to all the staff, especially to Fam that knows perfectly how follow the customers and their needs with an excellent support!

Great experience - It was a great experience,
I went with my sister. The driver picked up on time and we were able to see the sunrise. The views are amazing.

DO NOT BOOK!!!!!! FAKE TOUR!!!!! NO ONE SHOWS UP!!!!!!! - I was so excited about this more then anything else!
But no one would contact me back to confirm my tour, the numbers didn't work. The hotel tried calling nothing worked. I woke up hopeful that maybe the number had changed but there I was 4am and no one showed up!!!!!!
