Once in a lifetime opportunity! - What an amazing experience! Nour made sure we were all set for our trip and messaged us to make sure everything was ok. She had excellent communication skills and was very responsive. Thank you, Nour!
We first started our day in the hot air balloon - we got to see all of the ancient ruins and popular sights from above. We then met Hatem where he showed us around the West Bank. Hatem went above and beyond for us!! He is SO knowledgeable and told amazing stories about the ancient history. He was an incredible tour guide and we highly recommend him! He made our visit 10 out of 5 stars :) thank you Hatem!

Excellent Last Minute Service from Cupid Company - We booked the transport super last minute and Khaled from Cupid Company was incredibly helpful in organizing a ride for us. When we arrived, the driver was already waiting for us with our name on a sign, making it easy for us to find our ride. The car was very clean and the driver was friendly and professional. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend Cupid Company for their excellent service.

Excellent Tour Experience with Shemaa at Cupid Company - My family and I had a fantastic time on our tour with Shemaa at Cupid Company. He is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, providing us with valuable insights and information throughout the day. Shemaa's positive attitude and enthusiasm truly enhanced our experience, making it even more enjoyable. Exceptional Luxor Tour with Knowledgeable Guide - I had the pleasure of experiencing a very well organized and thorough tour of Luxor, starting with a group hot air balloon ride before embarking on a private tour of the Temple and Valley. Our guide, Wafa, was incredibly knowledgeable and shared fascinating stories that brought the history of Luxor to life.
One thing to note is that the entry fees are not included in this package, but the experience is well worth the additional cost. Overall, I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore Luxor in depth.

Very good tour - The tour was very nice they picked us up right on time, after we took a boat to cross the river and followed to the balloon ride. It was not in sunrise, but was very good ride, of about 30/40min. The the guide took us to the valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut temple. I strongly recommend the tour.

A tour made special from our guide, Hatem - I would separate this tour in two. Balloon and temples tour in which we got extra also the Karnak and Luxor Temple. The balloon tour was nice although some inconsistency in timing but the tour operator Nour tried her best to solve things. Although we werent able to catch the sunrise, the ballon tour was something unique and very special, overlooking all Luxor and Nile river.
The second part consisted of us getting toured by one of the best tour guides i have ever met, Hatem. He was so knowledgeable, very easy going and knew how to involve you into listening to him even if your interest was only to take good photos (not our case). He explained us things other guides wouldnt and even notified us before hand about situations we might have around to be prepared of everything. It was and indemintecable experience than me as an architect enjoyed to the fullest. 12 hours of tour flied by in a second. Thank you Hatem, i couldnt recommend you enough to anyone that has an interest into getting their knowledge broadened. Give that man a raise !!

Wow! - We were picked up from our hotel and taken across the Nile to a waiting mini bus. We were then taken to a drop off point to wait for the balloon to be inflated. It was all so professional and safe. Our pilot was brilliant, explained everything and we felt so safe. The ride was magical, we saw the sunrise over the Nile and and rise to 2000ft, sometimes dipping down and skimming the top of crops! We floated over Queen Hatshepsut's temple, what a view! Such an incredible experience. When it finished we were taken back to the boat and dropped off at our hotel ( Winter Palace) for breakfast. After breakfast we were then taken by mini bus to the Valley of the Kings accompanied by our fabulous guide Ahmed Abass. He started explaining all the history and showing photos in the mini bus but accompanied us all around Queen Hatshepsut's temple, describing everything and bringing the history to life, with such an in depth knowledge, nothing like you can read on the Internet! We then drove to the Valley of the Kings where he continued to impress us with his knowledge and we visited three tombs. His English is superb and he was a great host. We had time for refreshments in a bedouin style cafe in the Valley of the Kings before being dropped off at our hotel. All the time - before,during and after the tour - we were updated and contacted via What's app. It was very professional and we can't recommend the company, Star Balloons and our guide Ahmed for the tour, enough. Let down - Didn't get what we paid for - Very disappointing experience for what we were hoping to be one of the highlights of our time in Egypt. We booked the earliest time slot (4am) so we could see the sunrise from the balloon. We were informed the night before that we would be picked up at 4:20am, but didn't actually get picked up until almost 4:40am. We were then the second last balloon to depart in the morning, by which time the sun had fully risen. The tour said that it would be 45mins in the air, and it was only 31 mins from take off to landing. We also paid for a fully private tour of the Valley of the Kings, but when we landed we didn't have a guide and they stuck us with a group of nine people. I will say that the guide was good at least.
Overall, not at all what we were expecting or what we paid for, very disappointed.
