Amazing - This was an amazing experience. The company that we went with h was Paradise. Khalid morsey was fantastic. We got picked up hurghada drove to Luxor hassle free had an English speaking Interpreter go the day visit d temples and valley of the kings had a super lunch and evening meal. Then we did balloon ride the next morning with sinbad balloon Khalid was in constant contact with me as he knew I was worried about been pick up and dropped off. Balloon trip was amazing. Then had breakfast and was dropped back to hurghada. This was a hassle free day. Khalid and his team went above and beyond to make our trip memorable

!!! Warning Scammers: Fraud And Extortion !!! - Our trip to Luxor: 03/07/24 - 03/08/24 Price: 225.76 EUR I have to give this tour operator a very negative review. The behavior of the staff can only be described as fraud and extortion. Please refrain from booking with this tour operator for your own protection. Summary Reason: On the day of arrival, without any communication in advance, we were forced to pay exorbitant fees - allegedly for tickets - amounting to EUR 100 in cash. If we did not pay this amount, we were threatened several times not to be taken away and to be left on the street. As we did not have enough cash and insisted on paying for the tickets ourselves, we were later asked to pay 60 EUR (instead of 100 EUR) under renewed blackmail. There was no transparency or justification as to why we were first asked for 100 EUR and then 60 EUR. The entire tour was characterized by fraud, coercion and lack of prior communication. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable for a reputable tour operator. To save you the stress we had during and after the trip with these scammers, we can only advise against booking this offer.

Getting in the car early in the morning the driver suddenly stopped and instead of 20 Euro for Taxi, blackmailed us to pay 120 Euro. 100 extra for the entrance fees which are not included (btw. worth: 50). I had no chance other than paying the amount by card. But the fraud didn't stop. He continued putting pressure on us to pay the 100 Euro by saying the mastercard payment wasn't successful (it was). We argued for about one and a half hours early in the morning with three different bus drivers, the company always on the phone. Then they suddenly wanted 60 Euro. To stop the terror we payed it in cash in the end but although we insisted on getting a receipt, they didn't do. We never new what was happening next, got pushed from one guy to another and had a lot of stress. We also were informed by the egyptologist that this 2 days tour usually costs max. 180 Euro per Person. But we payed 305 Euro in total per Person. Now we are trying to get our money back and already informed the police. We think there's only a low chance to get sth back. Edit: Luckily Viator (the Tripadvisor Company we booked with) cooperated in the end and refunded the money. I can still HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this tour operator!
