Knowledge and Experience, Well Delivered - Abdul our guide was brilliant. He was very friendly with our children, and shared his knowledge clearly. Abdul is part of a team working on restoration of one of the sites, and could share some interesting insights into the processes being used. Lunch was brilliant, and followed by a boat ride across the Nile that we weren't expecting which was great. All in all, a fascinating day.

Knowledge, Passion and Real life Experience - Abdul was a fantastic guide, extremely friendly and patient with our young children. He clearly loves what he does and delivers his knowledge really well. He took us out with a driver in a large A/C minibus, just for our family of 4, giving us plenty of space to rest between stops. He asked what we'd like for lunch and had a restaurant pre-make the food so it was ready almost as soon as we got there, and it was spot on. A very interesting addition was that Abdul is part of the team restoring part of one of the temples, so he could show us in detail some techniques being used to do it. Amazingly and unexpectedly, we also got a boat ride across the Nile which the children especially enjoyed. Loved our day touring Luxor.

He carefully plan our tour to avoid big crowd. Lunch is awesome and prepared in Egyptian way. Overall, the experience was great and we totally recommend him and his driver ramadan as tour guides in Luxor.

Traversing the ancient temples and burial chambers of Luxor with the Professor. - We had the great fortune to have an amazing Egyptologist and Professor as our guide. He was a perfect gentleman and the depth of his knowledge left all of us highly impressed. It also helped a great deal that the professor's English was just as perfect as him! Our group also really appreciated the extent to which he went to show us true hospitality and care . I highly recommend this tour for any English speaking group.

BOOK THIS TOUR!!!!! - I don’t even know where to START - but I’ll start with the best - ABDUL. What a man. I cannot stress enough that you need to book this tour. Abdul is not only so incredibly kind and welcoming, but he is a professor in Egyptology. He has excavated sites and plans to do so next year. He is a first hand archaeologist - what more could you want from your guide? The private driver and car was perfect, doors opened for you on every stop. You can keep your bags in the car which is handy! Lunch was the best meal I’ve had in Egypt (and I was staying in the Hilton) completely local and traditional. Beautiful flavours. The tour was 8am until around 2:30pm, and didn’t feel rushed. You could stay as long as you wanted at each stop. BOOK THIS TOUR. Thank you Abdul for the most amazing experience of my life. I can’t wait to visit again and book you!

Average - Guide knew lot of information, lunch was very basic, no AC in vehicle. Airport transfer is expensive, can be done at 1/4 of cost with taxi.
