Highly recommended! - Ahmed Kassem Was a great tour guide who took us all around Luxor. He was very knowledgeable and catered our tour to our priorities. He helped arrange an additional Felucca boat sunset tour for us and recommended a great jeweler with very beautiful designs (Melano Sons)! Thank you!

Gergis the Great! - Without stating the obvious, the sights included in this tour are a must see! We were picked up from our hotel on time by our driver, and our guide - Gergis. We started the tour at Luxor Temple, and it was perfect at that time of day as there was barely anyone else there! The temple was amazing and it's incredible to see. Next we went to Karnak, which again is just incredible. At both temples, Gergis explained the history and significance, and was very knowledgeable. He helped us to understand the sites brilliantly. He then gave us some time to explore alone and take some photos. After Karnak, we made the journey across the river to Valley of the Kings. You can read all about the tombs elsewhere (they're amazing!) but as far as the tour goes, Gergis was again brilliant. He handpicked the tombs we would visit and gave us a great history to them. Guides aren't allowed inside the tombs, so going inside with his knowledge given beforehand really helped. The Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut was next and it was again magnificent. It seems all ancient Egyptian sites really are this way. It was very hot, so we didn't spend too long here (our choice). After this Gergis took us to Paris Restaurant for lunch. The food was very authentic and tasty, it gave us a real sense of the real Egypt. After lunch we were taken back to the hotel. Our driver was brilliant all day, ready and waiting whenever we were ready. Gergis deserves special mention, he was brilliant - such a knowledgeable guy and so so kind and patient too. The best bit was how prepared he was with planning the day, our tickets and getting us in and out of sites in a smart way. Thank you Gergis! See you next time.

Great Way to Explore Luxor in a Day - We just wrapped up an incredible private full day tour of Luxor East and West Bank hosted by Sam our Egyptologist and Hossam our driver. The day was very well organized and we got to see everything we wanted to see. Pick up was smooth and on time. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The car was also very comfortable and safe. I highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see the highlights of Luxor in a day.

The Best Luxor Experience - Absolutely phenomenal tour! I’ve done many guided tours in the past, but none even come close to this experience, largely thanks to our incredible guide, Salwa. She is, without a doubt, the most knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate guide I have ever met. Her deep understanding of Luxor’s history, combined with her incredible storytelling, brought every site to life. From start to finish, every detail was well organised. We visited all the major attractions without feeling rushed, and Salwa took the time to answer all of our questions with expertise. Our driver was always punctual, making transitions between sites effortless. To top it off, we enjoyed a fantastic, authentic lunch that added even more to the experience. If you’re visiting Luxor, do yourself a favour and book with Salwa, she might just be the best guide out there. This was an unforgettable experience and I would recommend it to anyone!

BEWARE ... THIS COMPANY IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE - A full day tour of 6 West Bank Luxor attractions were booked and confirmed. On the day only 3 attractions were visited and the full day tour finished at lunch time. Telephone protestations to the taxi company and EMO management failed to have the tour restarted and this unique occassion was tarnished forever. EMO have failed to answer any subsequent emails regarding apologises and conpensation for the significant ruination of 4 peoples holiday.

BAD communication.. Bad management DONT DO IT - I recently booked a full-day tour of the East and West Banks of Luxor with your company. As someone who has traveled extensively around the world and visited Egypt multiple times, this trip was particularly special because I was bringing my mother on her first visit. Given this, I went out of my way to ensure everything would go smoothly. After a disappointing experience with your company in Cairo two days prior—where the guide lacked experience and engagement—I reached out multiple times via email and WhatsApp to stress the importance of having an experienced and attentive tour guide for this tour. I was reassured repeatedly with phrases like "no worries," which gave me hope this time would be different. Initially, the tour in Luxor started well. For the first two hours, Peter, the guide, seemed professional. However, as the day went on, he became disengaged, spent significant time on his phone, and made little effort to explain the sites, take photos, or engage with us. I even spoke to him directly about this, but nothing changed. It wasn’t until I complained to your company that he made a slight effort, but by then, the experience was already tainted. I have since requested a refund for this disappointing experience and have yet to receive a response. This is unacceptable. When travelers spend a considerable amount of money to visit a beautiful country like Egypt, they expect professionalism and quality service—not guides who only seem interested in tips. I strongly urge your company to invest in better training for your guides and ensure they understand the needs and expectations of your clients. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend your services to others.
