Great Customer service - We had to cancel our balloon ride after the cancellation period was over. They refunded our money straight away without any issues. We would use this company for any future activities.

Quick refund - After the booking somebody texted me immediately and told me that I couldn't do the baloon ride because of bad weather conditions.
I got my money back straight away.

Wonderful experience - It was a wonderful ride. We were a little concerned if we would be on time to see the sunset but we were more then on time! The space inside the ballon was great compared to the Cappadocia ballons (at least to the one I went in). It was a really wonderful experience, there were no delays, no security problems and everythinhg went wonderful. Would definitely book again!

A total dream experience - From start to finish this trip was a dream. We were met by the boat to cross the Nile and had tea, coffee and a biscuits for the journey. On the other side we were transported in an air con vehicle to the balloon. The staff work so hard and still have time to chat to you. The pilot had the most amazing knowledge and could tell us what we could se around us. Very smooth landing. My favourite trip and could not recommend it enough.

Excellent trip - They messaged the night before to give the exact pick up time. Pick up was on time and we walked to the dock as my hotel, Winter Pavillon was very close. Then got on a boat to cross to West Bank. Coffee and biscuits provided. Then a fleet of mini vans transported us to the balloon site. There were about 30 balloons, 28 people in each. Maybe more people than usual as my flight the previous day was cancelled due to the weather. We flew for about 45 minutes. Fairly low so we could see a lot. The pilot pointed out various things and we flew over people’s houses and farms. All very interesting. We saw far more than in Dubai and overall a much better experience. I got some beautiful pictures. Felt very safe at all times. Landing was superb. No bump at all. An excellent trip and I would definitely recommend

Out of this world!!! - OMG! This was absolutely amazing!!! From our pick up to our drop off. A boat ride across the Nile then convoy to the balloon. Our guide was full of knowledge he explained the safety and the landing position, he also made everyone feel comfortable. I found the experience very calming, exciting and for some reason emotional. We highly recommend this excursion it’s absolutely out of this world. Happy happy customers.

Sun rise hot air balloon trip - All staff is very nice and help everyone. We enjoyed our sun rise hot air ballon trip. I will recommend this vendor because he give a good deal and on time we were in air to view the sun rise and landing was very smooth.

very disorganized from... - very disorganized from the beginning. Mistakenly set the pick-up time for 5:40 even though we had booked a sunrise trip. I caught their oversight thankfully and we were picked up at the right time. When we arrived at the balloon area, turned out there was no balloon assigned to our group so we had to be dispersed among other balloons and that led to a delay in the ascent. Luckily We were still able to see the sunrise though which was the highlight of the ride. However, unfortunately our balloon only flew over the farm areas and didn’t even get close to the historic arenas like valley of the kings as it was promised and unlike most other balloons. Overall we had a suboptimal experience with this company.
