Nice trip! - Very nice trip! The tour arranged it all well,and we even got a breakfast party afterwards. Unfortunately the wind and visibility were not good so the flight was delayed as all others, but we luckily could still fly, for about 30 minutes. They made video and photos with professional camera that we could buy afterwards. Thank you very much!

Amazing experience! - The hot balloon ride was wonderful and everything went out as planned: they picked us up at the hotel, we used a boat to go to the other margin (with coffee as an offer) and then joined a larger group of minibuses to go to the launch place. There, we watched as the balloon got inflated and then stepped up towards an unforgettable balloon ride, with wonderful views of the valley of the kings mountains and the green margins of the nile and Luxor. The captain was very nice and made sure to always keep the balloon (slowly) rotating so that everyone could have access to all the views (inside the balloon we were on a fixed small "basket" of 4 persons, so that weight balance was always kept). Before, during and after the experience, Marolla (from Nice Tours) was always in touch (using WhatsApp) and made sure everything was going well. All in all it was an amazing experience and I would definitively recommend it!

Great ride and smooth communication - The hot air balloon ride was great, we were picked up from our accommodation and communication with Marolla was smooth. We booked just the day before and everything worked out fine and got fantastic views across the Valley of the Kings and Luxor

Avoid this company at all costs - Pick-up was supposed to be at 5:30 AM. The night before, the operator said it would be at 05:50 AM. We waited in front of the hotel and were finally picked up at 7 AM!!! The lady kept lying to us on whatsapp (trying to blame the balloon company or bad weather, although other tourists were up in the air, telling us constantly that the driver will be there in 2 minutes etc.). Despite the photos taken at sunrise, the trip is not a sunrise trip. It’s not even in the second wave of balloons going up in the air. The sun was blinding by the time we got in the basket! Totally ruined our experience. Buy from another operator.
