SCAM SCAM SCAM. - AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. They did not show up, nor reply to any calls or messages, I’d actually even messaged before the trip even took place and didn’t hear anything. We paid for visas for this trip, stayed in the night before and got up at half 4 in the morning for absolutely nothing. I still a week later have heard nothing from them. I called viator that morning as well and they were absolutely terrible, I’ve also now had £20 extra on my phone bill for this call which after 20 minutes they put the phone down and before that were saying we need to wait to here from the tour operator and put me on hold about 5 times as they had no clue. DO NOT BOOK.
