Great experience! - Captain Abdo and Khaled were amazing. This was the highlight of my trip. Very professional and very experienced. Not all companies are the same. Highly recommended!!

Up, Up, and Away - From the pickup from our hotel to the drop off back to the hotel, the entire process was reasonably seamless. The only criticism I have is that there was a “hurry up and wait” component that was a little irritating. They should have some plastic chairs there to sit on for the 45 minute wait from arrival to take off. The flight was wonderful. About 35-40 minutes in the air and the views were spectacular. Our captain STUCK the landing and the chase vehicles were on us almost instantaneously. Yousry was our liaison and he did an excellent job. We felt safe and secure during the entire flight and I would highly recommend this tour.

Awesome - That was an awesome experience. I definitely recommend this company. They were on time and Professional. Khalied and Captain Omar made an unforgettable experience for my wife and I. They picked up us from the hotel on time. We feel safe during the whole flight.

Balloon ride of a lifetime - The most amazing experience. You have to do this when in Luxor. We are afraid of heights but this was magic. The quiet the noise the VIEWS. Omar is the best captain and Yousry a great guide. The take off was butter smooth and the landing smooth and safe. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Amazing Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Ride - The sunrise hot air balloon ride was amazing! Captain Omar gave us such a good and smooth landing. I didn’t even feel it. As someone who is afraid of heights I highly recommend! Views were stunning and crew was so helpful, kind, and funny. Perfect activity to do in Egypt!!

Very smooth flight and landing but too short - The flight was smooth and the views were excellent . The maneuvering of the balloon was very good but we stayed in the air for a shorter time than expected . We did not stay long I enough in the air to get the good sunlight for the photos . Some balloons were up for a much longer time.
The landing was flawless and hassle free.

Good experience, with disappointing aspects. - It was incredible to experience a hot air balloon ride with captain Osman. Pick up and drop off was fairly smooth from our central-Luxor hotel.
However, the ride did feel a bit short as we spent most of the time at a low altitude. It was explained that this was to get a more scenic route, but it would have been nice to go much higher up than what we actually did.
Also, there is a guy with a fancy looking video camera, and they'll say that they followed the balloon and got lots of great footage. However, 80% of the video is reused stock footage that is terrible quality. The footage that actually shows our ride is out of focus. They ask you to pay 1200 EGP for the video quickly after landing - bit of a rip off given the quality of the video.
