Reliable and best transportation agency in Luxor - A very reliable and professional agency, just after I booked the ride, they messaged me on whatsapp to let me know that they were there for me and that they will be waiting for me outside the airport. On the day of the pick up, our driver Zakaria messaged us to tell us that he was waiting for us outside the airport, he has a very comfortable car and we really appreciated his professionalism. The managers are also very caring and will really update you. The best agency you can find in luxor if you need any transportation or tour. They really care for you. I highly recommend.

Transfer from Luxor airport to hotel - We booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel in Luxor. We received very good info and details on Whatsapp in advance and was told a driver would meet us on arrival with my name on a sign. On arrival at Luxor airport we were met by the driver exactly as advised, who introduced himself. He was very polite and helpful and offered us some bottles of water in the car, which was very kind. The transfer was very smooth and effortless and delivered us to our hotel efficiently. No issues at all, highly recommended and would book again.

A Smooth Start to My Luxor Adventure - My Luxor adventure began with a seamless and stress-free airport transfer. From the moment I stepped off the plane, I was greeted by a friendly and professional driver holding a sign with my name. The SUV vehicle was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, providing a much-needed respite from the heat. The driver can speak english and navigated very well in the crazy streets of Luxor. He even offered insights into the sights we passed along the way. The journey to my hotel was quick and efficient, and I was impressed by the driver's safe driving skills. I highly recommend this airport transfer service to anyone visiting Luxor. It's a great way to start your trip off on the right foot and avoid the hassle of navigating public transportation or haggling with taxis.

Don’t book this. Just take a taxi. - My mother always told me if I had nothing nice to say than o shouldn’t say anything at all. That being said, Viator sends me at least one email a day requesting the review, so hopefully by completing this, the emails will stop. To start with, the “tour” was to be a driver from the Luxor airport to our hotel. In the description, the driver was going to meet us with a card with our name on it in the airport, and help us with the bags to the car before heading to the airport. No meet and greet. We did however get a text with a pic of our driver leaning against his car saying he was out in the parking lot. We got our bags, made it out to the parking lot, and spotted the driver still posing out in the lot against his car. We walked up to him and asked if he was waiting for us, yes… he offered to help with the bags (keep in mind we were one car length away from the trunk of his car at this point). I said sure, which prompted him to call over a luggage hustler to take my bags, roll the bags from the front of the car to the back of the car (20 feet?) and demand a tip. I’d already lugged the bags a couple hundred meters and could have managed the extra car length and hoisted them into the trunk by myself. Left feeling like the driver was in on the scam. Considering that just taking a taxi would have been about $6, this was 3x the cost when you add in tips. No meet and greet, and the driver helped scam me with the bags. In retrospect, I probably should have written this review sooner as it offered some release, and I would have benefitted from the info myself had I read it before booking. Summary. Don’t book this airport transfer. Just take a taxi. You’ll pay about 1/3 and not feel like you’ve been taken on arrival to Luxor.
