Outstanding adventure - Had an incredible time on the tour! The tour guides Dani and Billy were outstanding, making the experience truly unforgettable. Our 5-year-old grandson was over the moon with excitement, having the time of his life. Their enthusiasm and knowledge added so much to the trip. Highly recommend this experience for families—thumbs up all around!

Loved it! - We had tons of fun on our horseback riding trip, then we stayed for lunch at Carabalí and the food and drinks were fantastic! It is a very cool place to go and see and they have a ton of things to do and see. They were also very accommodating with us, we were late because of a traffic accident (ahead of us, we weren’t involved) they helped us rearrange our booking even though they were very clear about not being late! Leave time if you are coming from the west San Juan traffic is tough!!

Awesome!! - This was an awesome experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and have an amazing bond with the horses. Make sure you arrive 45 mins early. Getting setup takes some time. We ride through the forest for about an hour or so. Rain won’t stop show so yes, if it’s on the forecast you may get wet but the trees blocked most of the rain. Suggestion: wear long pants and close toe shoes! There’s other things to do in the park as well. Overall a great first time riding!

Great Views, Cool Location, Easy to Get to - The staff was awesome. Thoughtful and attentive. We booked the 1 hour horseback ride through the forest. The horses were well trained and did most of the work. They easily accommodated small children. You will definitely feel it the next day so get the 2 hour ride. The views are spectacular. Can't recommend the place enough.

Check what time you need to be there by calling. - Good ride and staff accommodating, but for an 8am ride, we were sent requests to be there 45 min early which was 30+ min from our hotel. We arrived at 7:10am and were promptly greeted. We were told we did not need to do anything except have a seat. No paperwork or instruction. It was almost 9:00 before we were given helmets and put on horses. Essentially we waited nearly 2hours w/o access to water, refreshments or any distraction. Multiple other groups came after 8am and said “I’m here for the 8:30 ride” and even others came saying “we’re here for the 9:00 ride”. Very disrespectful to schedule us for an 8am ride, ask us to come 45 min early, and then not have us hit the trail until after 9am. Other than getting off on the wrong foot, the ride was as expected. Alex was a quite kind and attentive guide.
