• La Martiniere College - Guests will be collected from their hotel at 10:00 AM within the Lucknow city center for an exclusive private guided city tour in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle. Lucknow is celebrated for its rich history, vibrant culture, and delectable cuisine. The city boasts British Raj era architecture and two notable mausoleums. As the capital of Uttar Pradesh, it is sometimes overlooked by travelers, yet it offers numerous attractions and is renowned across India for its culinary delights.

Explore the esteemed boarding school, La Martiniere, originally constructed by Frenchman Claude Martin as his grand residence.

The tour also includes a visit to the Lucknow Residency. The gardens and ruins provide insight into the early decline of the British Raj. The Residency was the site of significant events during the First War of Independence (Indian Uprising) in 1857. Visitors can explore the museum and cemetery.

• Bara Imambara - Among Lucknow’s renowned landmarks is the Asafi Imambara, built in 1775 by Nawab Asaf-ud-Daula. During a famine, the Nawab initiated the construction of this Imambara Complex to provide employment, as the people refused charity. The complex features a hall, a mosque, gardens, and a step well. Additionally, a labyrinth to the left of the central hall leads to a network of narrow passageways that wind through the upper floors and open onto rooftop balconies.
• Rumi Darwaza - The Rumi Darwaza is believed to replicate an entrance gate in Istanbul. There will be a photo opportunity at the 220-foot tall red brick Clock Tower, reputed to be the tallest in India, constructed in 1880 in honor of Sir George Couper.

This tour includes lunch at a local restaurant. At the end of the tour, guests will be transported back to their hotel in Lucknow.
