Entertaining and informative - Vishal is an entertaining and informative guide. We saw the Bada Imambara, Clock Tower, and Chota Imambara beautifully illuminated. Highly recommended.

Epic walk into the nooks and corners of Lucknow - Vishal was very well versed with the tour and truly made us travel like a local. I will be looking for more guided walks of this kind in future. He took us to famous shops of chikankaari and attar shops. He also knew Some of the best and underrated spots for best meals. He is extremely passionate about history and sharing his knowledge. Terrible, Disorganized, and Completely Unprofessional Experience - This was one of the worst tour experiences I’ve ever had, and I strongly advise others—especially those traveling with elderly parents—to stay away. On the day of the tour, the assigned guide called me in advance to inform me that he was NOT available. I immediately contacted customer support and clearly asked to cancel the tour if no replacement was available, as I needed to plan my day accordingly. Support assured me they would check with their team. Based on this conversation, I went ahead and made other bookings for the day. My original tour was scheduled for 7:00 PM. At 5:30 PM, to my absolute shock, support called back and said a replacement guide had been assigned and that the tour would now start at 6:00 PM—with zero prior consent from me. This was completely unacceptable. After multiple back-and-forth calls with customer support and their manager, they finally said the tour would be moved back to 7:00 PM. Exhausted but still hoping for some professionalism, I went to the pickup point mentioned on the ticket with my 60-year-old parents. We waited there from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, standing for a full hour in the evening, repeatedly calling and messaging customer support and their manager for the guide’s contact details. No one answered. No one responded. The tour guide never showed up. Completely drained, I finally contacted the original guide (who had already told me he was unavailable). Even he was more helpful than the company’s support team and advised us to leave, assuring us that a refund would be processed. I returned to my hotel and canceled the booking myself. Despite all this, I have still not received my refund. This level of mismanagement, lack of communication, and total disregard for customers’ time and well-being—especially when elderly people are involved—is unacceptable. This was not just inconvenient; it was stressful, exhausting, and deeply disrespectful. I expect a full refund immediately, and I hope this review prevents others from going through the same ordeal.

Disappointed - The tour guide initially asked me to push back the tour time by 1 hour to which I agreed. I then traveled to the destination meet point at which time I was told they would be another 1 hour late (at least). It was dark and limited facilities around so I didn’t feel comfortable staying alone, the tour company cancelled and have not yet processed the refund despite advising they would do. It is a shame as it looks like a good tour.
