This tour made us cry… but with JOY! - This tour was amazing! The seats were comfortable and the boat was nice. The boat did not feel overcrowded when we were on our tour. The views were spectacular and we literally cried a few tears because of God’s beautiful creation. The tour was timely and fits perfectly well if you are running on limited time. Overall it was an amazing excursion and everything was just as advertised and expected!

1 hr boat trip Lake Lucerne - Very well run. The boat was clean and everything ran on time. Employees were kind and courteous. Seats were very comfortable and on a rainy day the heated boat was appreciated.

Nice, smooth ride - Nice, relaxing ride on the lake. There is no audio description, because this is more of a shuttle back and forth from the Burgenstock Hotel. It wasn't crowded though, which was nice. Even though it was quite windy and the water choppy, the ride was very smooth. They do keep a tight schedule, so don't be late. There was a parking garage right next to the pier, which was super helpful when trying to navigate downtown.

Fine as a boat ride - Perfectly fine boat ride across the lake. It was already explained that this wasn't a guided tour but a regular transport. The boat was on time and the seating outside allowed for some excellent views on a sunny day!

For the price this was a... - For the price this was a fine tour however be careful as it is also public transportation that anyone can buy tickets to it’s not for tours, I was on the boat with a lady who wasn’t in the right state of mind if you understand what I mean and it did kind of freak me out. Nothing against viator I would just be cautious when booking, and recommend maybe spend some more money to be on something that’s catered for tourists.

Ferry ride, not catamaran sail. - Not the catamaran experience advertised- it’s actually just a public transportation ferry. Nice views from the lake, but I think this is a case of false advertising and a misleading title.

Just a ferry boat, not a cruise! - Booked this experience with the intention of seeing some of the surrounding areas on Lake Lucerne. THIS IS NOT A CRUISE AS MARKETED ITS A FERRY BOAT THAT GOES FROM LUCERN TO BURGENSTOCK AND BACK. There is no guide or commentary (none was advertised), no sightseeing other than what you can see leaving each port and no refreshments other than a vending machine on the lower deck. The journey to Burgenstock is 30mins from Lucern, return journey is the same. It wasn’t even clear if you could get off at Burgenstock and catch a later ferry back so we stayed aboard for a pointless round trip. Misrepresented as a Cruise in my opinion £56 (2 people) I could have spent in a better way. Havent given a 1 star review because the lake was calm. Of course, if you NEED to get to Burgenstock (There is nothing there) from Lucerne by boat, it’s fabulous. 😂
