Great afternoon out! - Our guides provided a lite picnic snack in the countryside. Beautiful views even though it was a cloudy/raining day. We had a great time learning about the local culture.

Walk through country side next to Lake Lucerne. - Amazing views. Tour guide was fantastic. Very informative and helpful. Despite finishing the walk early, Ezra took us through "Old Town" and showed much of the history and area to help my wife and I understand the area.

Loved this experience! - My husband and I had a wonderful afternoon walking through the country with Eve. She was so knowledgeable on the area, and provided lots of stories for us. We had a great view of the lake at one point, but the entire walk was very scenic! I would highly recommend incorporating this walk into your trip to Lucerne!

Recommended walk in the Lucerne countryside - Andre and Julia were my guides for a fantastic, informative walk through the Lucerne countryside. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable about all things Swiss. They also gave me tips on hiking in Switzerland that helped me for the remainder of my stay.

Excellent lake and country walk tour - my mom and I had a wonderful insight of Lake Lucern and country walk. Peter our guide was wonderful and was a very good and knowledgeable .Now I know the culture of people of Lucern and we learn 3 words in Swiz German....My mon and I had a good time..... best tour ever so far.... if you come to Lucern this tour is a must. Most Memorable Part of our European Vacation - I highly recommend ECHO Trails and the half-day Lake Lucerne Country Walk. We took a 10 day vacation in Switzerland and Northern Italy to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation and the Lake Lucerne Country Walk was her favorite part of the entire trip. The guides are very friendly and very knowledgeable of the local area and highlights to see. The walk was very pleasant with outstanding scenery, and not too steep or strenuous. The bio farm and interacting with the young calves was a highlight for both of my daughters. The refreshment break at a nice cafe beside the lake with the unique Swiss soft drink was also a fond remembrance.

Easy beautiful walk with a great guide - We booked this tour for our family of 5 (2 parents and 3 college-age kids). Andrea met us at our hotel in Lucerne. We walked a short distance to the train station and took a short bus ride to a suburb of Lucerne. From there we began our walk through the countryside. It was an absolutely beautiful morning, and Andrea guided us through the woods and farms, educating us about the area and people along the way. He was very easy to talk to--even got my very quiet 20 year-old son chatting with him! I'd like to add that we had our tour originally booked for two days earlier, but the weather was completely uncooperative. Andrea was very willing to reschedule us for a morning tour two days later when we had absolutely perfect weather. Can't say enough good things about this tour, our guide and the company. Highly recommend!

A Delight! - This walk through the beautiful countryside outside of Lucerne was the highlight of our trip. Our guide, Eve, could not have been more thoughtful, friendly and informative, even providing us with a picnic lunch along the way. Truly a unique way to see some of the country far off the tourist paths. Highly recommended.
