Additional Information
The commencement of this self-paced expedition is at the Lucerne boat pier 1, which is located opposite the Lucerne train station. The departure schedule is as follows: 09:12, 10:12, 12:00, 14:12, and 15:12, with the cruise provided by SGV.
When you reach Vitznau by boat, you can conveniently switch to the train heading to Mount Rigi’s summit. Once you’ve taken in the stunning 360-degree panorama from the peak, you can either embark on a roughly 35-minute walk or take the hourly xx:00 train down to Rigi Kaltbad, the location of the spa, which requires no reservations and has no time restrictions.
From Kaltbad, you have the option of taking the cable car at 16:10, 16:40, 17:10, or 17:40 to Weggis, or returning to Vitznau at 15:15, 16:15, or 17:15 to catch the boat back to Lucerne.

Fabulous day - This was an outstanding day. Everything was easy to figure out, plenty of time for each portion of the tour and a great mix of activities. The walk to the spa took a full hour but the snow was deep and we took our time. Beautiful scenery!!!

Mount Rigi Es ist gut!! - The ride up on the cogwheel railroad and then the hike down to the spa from the top of Mt. Rigi...just a word of caution...the hike downhill is difficult especially when you might have knee or hip problems...it takes about 60 minutes with no stops. Also, the cable car ride down to Weggis is great but make sure at the bottom near Lake Lucerne that you go to the correct boat dock which is to your right so you get the correct boat back to the city!!

At your own pace. - Did this with a group of 6. Everyone had a good time. The views are amazing. Was easy to find your way. Walking routes on Mt Rigi are well marked. You can take different ways down. Some of us wanted to walk more than others.
The bath are worth checking out. A couple hours is lots of time in them.

Unique Swiss experiences at our own pace. - The incredible views of precipitous snow capped mountains, hills dotted with neat houses and the mirror-like lakes. These painted memories that will last as some of our favourite views that we have ever seen. It was so special that it was really hard to take in. We both kept saying that we had to pinch ourselves!
This tour was remarkable because we set the place. No ear pieces and demands to keep up. Just the two of us drinking in unforgettable signs. The combination of cruising along the lake, slipping up steep slopes in the cog train then the adrenaline rush of the precipitous cable car back to the lake were all so different and each so worthwhile. All of this at our own pace and complemented by a delicious lunch in the sunshine on the shores of Lake Lucerne. Incredible!

Beautiful views - The experience was very easy as far as getting to where we needed to be. It was great to not have a schedule - we could do this at our own pace. The cable car experience from Kaltbad to Weggis was very very crowded - packed in like sardines so if you’re last to get on (like us) you have absolutely no view except your neighbor’s armpit. 🫤 That could have been done much better in my opinion. Otherwise the views were breathtaking from the top and lake is very beautiful from the boat.

Bliss - The day was wonderful with lots of great moments and pure relaxation! The sun also played its part, of course! The tour is easy for young and old... as there are lots of options! We took the cog railway up and the last cable car down!

Spectacular - This trip was amazing. Could have been done on your own but so nice not to have to plan all 5 small trips yourself while traveling. The views were spectacular. Worth every penny.

Atonishing views - We were in awe with the views, since we got the cruise from Luzern. From the peak we hiked back to the spa to chill and relax. The schedule is sufficient to enjoy all of it.

Lucerne Switzerland - This excursion was extremely well worth the price. The boat ride across Lake Lucerne, the cogwheel train ride up to Mt Rigi, the mineral spa at Rigi & the cable car ride down.....made for a very memorable ending to our vacation.

Nice - I loved the Mount Rigi -Rigi Klum. Very impressive!! And the trip in the boat was nice . It's was my first travel in Luzern ,Vitznau, Rigi Klum, Rigi kaltbad .
