Great Boat But Would Have Appreciated More Information - The boat itself was beautiful with ample indoor and outdoor seating, and it was fun to enjoy the views from the lake and ogle at some of the villas at the water’s edge. The cruise was about one hour and snacks/drinks were available for purchase. It was a gorgeous day and we loved being outside on the water; however, I wish there had been some information provided about what we were looking at or the history of the region. Notably, there was also no information provided about where to find a life vest in the event of an emergency. Thankfully we didn’t need it!

Incredible views of Lake Lucerne - Beautiful scenic ride on Lake Lucerne. I can’t say enough about the views, they are truly spectacular. The cruise left on time, staff was friendly and the boat was modern and spotless. There are multiple seating areas, including an indoor heated section with tables and a small bar with a selection of drinks. Virtually every seating area had unobstructed views but the second level allowed for the best ones, in my opinion. It got quite chilly up there after a while but really worth it. All in all, excellent experience and would highly recommend this cruise and Lucerne in general.

Pleasant and relaxing - The cruise boat, Saphir, was very nice. Several levels, restaurant, comfortable spaces. We experienced rain and clouds during our cruise. However, it was still pleasant and relaxing. The crew we experienced were kind and helpful. We enjoyed this cruise on Lake Luzern.

Pretty views but crowded - It was nice to get on the lake and see the gorgeous views. Boat was very crowded and quite a few smoking right around us, I didn’t notice if that was allowed or not.

Great views...but lack of info or tour atmosphere. - The views were fine...but we never got information about the audio guide, so it was really just a boat ride instead of a tour.
