Walking tour of Lucca - Tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a thorough presentation of her community . She gave good recommendations for other ac as well.

Learned alot about Lucca - Learned alot about Lucca today. Anna was very knowledgeable. Many walls to explore and lots of history within those walls.

Wall tour, etc - We enjoyed the tour and while it was good to give the tour in English and Italian (4 people, 2 from US, 2 from Italy), we wished it could have been in just 1 language. Anna did a good job

Great Walls of Lucca - Ana gave us a very thorough intro to the history of Lucas walls and some sights in the walled town. Well Done!

A nice walk - We found Anna looking for guides for Lucca; booking was very simple, as was organizing the meeting on the day scheduled for the tour. Among other things, having little time available, she immediately proved to be very flexible in managing the tour, satisfying our requests. Moving on to the actual tour, Anna explained the history of the walls to us clearly and comprehensively and while walking around the city she provided us with many interesting and curious details of its Roman, medieval and Renaissance past.

Tour of the walls of Lucca - I think our guide was delightful. Anna answered all question considerately and was knowledgeable about the town

Lucca walk - We were late and called Anna to tell her we would be. She waited for us which was very nice but then took that time off tour. We had 11 am tour, arrived at 11:30ish and she ended at 1:30 because she had another tour coming up at 2p, so totally understand. Thanks to her for waiting for us! Tour was informative. People with us had been to Lucca before so not as eye opening to them but we enjoyed the tour and we had a great day to walk around.

Not a city tour only a wall tour - The tour is not actually a walking tour of the city and its walls, but only a tour pretty much focused on the walls. The guide was nice and agreed to walk to the cathedral, but, for the rest, I haven't seen much of the city itself. The guide was a nice, good girl, but she didn't have a story to tell and she explanations were kind of superficial. Only few words per subject. I am sorry to say that the tour was neither interesting nor entertaining. I still tipped the guide with 20 euros, as she was very accommodating with my requests.

Too bad - very boring - Unfortunately, the story was very boring and there were no interesting anecdotes. Tour guide Anna ran through her program in three languages. After an hour, we were led to a café where there was a 20-minute break.
