A fun walk through the ages. - Vittoria was fun and knowledgeable and obviously loved her city. The pace of the tour was good for all our group of mixed ages, although the cobbled streets would make it difficult for those with walking issues.

Paola Shares Amazing Lucca - Paola was a very skilled and experienced guide as she delivered history, stories and information. We really enjoyed her ability to share such an entertaining picture of amazing Lucca. Our only disappointment was that the tour was sold as an “English” language tour and it became a duel language tour. Although Paola handled this with grace, it decreases the enjoyment of the tour for everyone when multiple languages are combined. As half the time people are standing around waiting for the other half of the tour group to hear the details of the tour. It becomes disjointed and it isn’t fair to the tour guide or the paying customers to allow this to happen.

Perfect in Lucca - Victoria did a splendid job guiding us on a walking tour around Lucca. Love her sense of humour and her love for beautiful Lucca. We received a huge amount of information on the history and saw the most important sights of the inner city. Highly recommend this tour.

Lucca - Chiara was a great tour guide. She gave an introduction of the art, history, and culture of Lucca. We learned a lot with fun stories. Chiara answered our questions and was very knowledgeable.

Fantastic walk through time and history in Lucca - We immensely enjoyed this interesting, engaging and wonderful walking tour of Lucca with our guide, Victoria. We learnt so much about the music, politics, architecture, religion, art, archaeology, food and drink, and humour of this captivating ancient city and region. Relaxed and informative - Our guide Georgio was great. He hit the “sweet spot” — enough information but not so much that it is difficult to process. He also walked at a good pace so that we were able to look around as we walked.

Good introduction to Lucca - Enjoyed the tour with Chiara, clearly an experienced and knowledgeable guide. The tour was busy with a mix of Italian and English speaking visitors, so it was delivered in both languages. While Chiara handled this well it did mean that each group had to wait while the others listened. So there was a lot of unavoidable standing around. It was a good tour and we enjoyed seeing Lucca and hearing about the history and characters of the city
