- Chiesa di San Michele in Foro - We’ll look over the church and the square and we’ll try the first traditional Lucca dish, the “Buccellato”.
- Piazza Anfiteatro - The main and most characteristic spot in Lucca. We’ll cross and go around it before reaching the next gastronomic spot.
- San Frediano Basilica - Characteristic stop in the walled city where, we’ll try out the traditional Lucca pasta, the “Tordelli”
- Torre Guinigi - Walking around the city we’ll have the chance to see the chacteristic tower with the iconic garden on top.
- Piazza San Michele - We’ll also have the chance to eat a fresh dish of cold cuts enjoying a lovely glass of red wine.
- Via Buia - Here we’ll taste the local Cecina, an iconic street food dish of the Tuscan cuisine
- Via San Paolino - We’ll finish the food stops with some local chocolate and dessert.

Best activity in Lucca - food, wine and history - We took the tour guided by Nicoletta in a group of 7. There were multiple food stops and everything was plentiful and very tasty. We were introduced to new dishes and learned about the food and wine history of Lucca. Nicoletta whose family works a vineyard, was very knowledgeable and approachable. We had a great group and lots of fun. Highly recommended even for teenagers. Our son, 13, enjoyed the experience.

Fantastic Food Tour in Lucca! - My daughter and I had such a lovely time with Nicoletta on our food tour of Lucca this afternoon! The food was all so delicious and the company was lovely! Nicoletta was so knowledgeable about the city and its history that you will learn so much while you eat so much!

Fantastic food tour with Alessandra - We had 5 interesting stops, starting with a prosciutto & cheese platter and ending with gelato! We were very full at the end! Would recommend.

Lucca food tour - Shared some important sites in the city and were able to sample foods that we normally wouldn't try or know about. Food tours are a great way to see a town.

Highly recommended - Alexandra was an incredibly great companion. She had answers to all of our questions. We really saw Lucca through different eyes and the time flew by. I can only recommend not having breakfast, because at the end of the tour you are absolutely full.

Great tour with knowledgeable guide - The tour was very very enjoyable. The choice of restaurants and food shops were great but particularly Alessandra, who was knowledgeable about the food of the region and happy to answers all our questions. I liked her wide knowledge about life in Italy which increased my enjoyment of the tour.

Excellent food and tour guide - Alessandra made the tour interesting and informative. The food was great in all five venues visited. The tour lasted 3.5 hours and was at a leisurely pace. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Fantastic Lucca! - Fun tour. So much food. Very informative about the life in Lucca up to present day. Even added in stops we requested. Highly recommend this! I will try making the parpedelli at home!

Enjoyable tour with delicious food - Alassadra was friendly and guided us to several stops. Meats & Cheeses, pasta(you could choose from huge selection)cicina ( chickpeas) buccalatto(fruit bread) and finally icecream(huge choice). You could choose a wine or beer with meat plus a bottle of water. Any coffee with the buccalatto. We had an extra,wine with pasta and it was only €4. We enjoyed the tour and chatting to others. It would have been better if there had been more information about Lucca as we walked around. Apart from a bit about the church there wasn't any.
