The Boyer family resides at Château du Cros, a renowned dessert wine estate located on the shores of the Garonne in the township of Loupiac, 40 kilometers towards the south from Bordeaux. Situated atop the hill that provides a panoramic view of the Bordelaise Garonne’s left bank, it provides a stunning vista of the Gironde.

Initially, we’ll embark on a narrated exploration of our property (including the vineyards and the winery). Next, we’ll proceed to sample our selection of wines, which includes reds, whites, and dessert wines.
Lastly, we’ll make our way to the blending workshop. Here, you’ll get to taste wines from our own varietals, mix them, and evaluate your concoctions. Our expert team will be there to guide you. You’ll then bottle your preferred mixture, seal it with a cork, and secure it with a capsule using specialized equipment in our winery. To complete the experience, you’ll affix a personalized label to your creation.
