The history of our brewery is above all that of this Franco-Portuguese family who met their passion for craft beer in the north of France, where they lived for a few years, before deciding to change their lives and to return to share this passion and know-how in their region, where it all began, in the Algarve.

At the heart of the brewery, you will discover each step of beer production and its influence on the finished product.
From its multi-millennial history to its extraordinary recent development, from its manufacture to its tasting, beer will have no more secrets for you.
Discovering the diversity of flavors and sensory experiences offered by the precious beverage, the visit is followed by a tasting workshop during which you will be introduced to the basics of zythology (the “science” of beer) through the different styles of beer brewed on site.

The brewmaster himself will be your guide as you explore ‘The Art of Brewing’.
Beginning with the basic, yet sometimes contemporary ingredients, and moving through the age-old brewing methods and techniques that create the incredible variety of today’s beers, you’ll uncover the uniqueness of beer as a drink.
Concluding the tour, you’ll taste test 5 beers brewed on-site, allowing you to directly understand the influence of the discussed ingredients and processes. This will also be a chance to engage with the brewmaster and seek answers to all your queries!
