As a professional surfer, my life is usually dictated by the rhythm of the ocean, chasing the perfect wave across Central America. But every now and then, I find myself drawn to the land, seeking new adventures that offer a different kind of thrill. This time, it was the call of the wild that led me to the lush landscapes of Los Naranjos, Panama, for a bird watching workshop at the National Park Baru Volcano.
